What to Expect

Our CEO retreat is designed to help you talk to each other. It’s not about sitting and passively listening to experts share more knowledge with you. The day is for you to reflect, connect, and learn from your peers with some thoughtful structure and guidance.
We are purposefully limiting our first CEO retreat to about 30 people to curate an intimate and meaningful experience for everyone.
Led by our experienced Founder to Leader coaches, who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
We include next steps and community resources to help you keep the momentum going.
