We will set up a pacing cadence that works best for you to work individually with one of our coaches. We recommend 30-to-60 minute sessions every week or every other week in order to build moment and see meaningful change. We have worked with many accelerators and incubators to help them design thoughtful curriculum and programs to help accelerate their community of founders and leaders.

At least once a year, we encourage clients to conduct an audit of the organization. We typically combine surveys (quantitative data) alongside interviews (qualitative data) to report back on what's working and opportunities for growth individually and as a team.
