Femme Fellowship

We believe strongly in gender equality.

It is our honor to leverage our 100+ years of collective experience to empower the next generation of women and underrepresented genders as they emerge into their roles as founders and leaders.

To align our values and actions, we are deeply discounting our services for the Femme Fellowship program. This 4-month fellowship combines both individual and group coaching to provide custom support and community during a pivotal moment of growth and learning as leaders.

    • Strategic Communication Planning

  • How do you affirm excellence? How do you navigate conflict and competing expectations?

    • Giving Positive Feedback

    • Understanding Your Conflict Management Style

    • Giving Constructive Feedback

  • What does your network look like? How do you lean in and get help to help you lead?

    • Building a network of mentors and advisors

    • Connecting with Peers

    • Community, friends and family

  • Do you feel in command of you + your time? How would you rate your self efficacy?

    • Time Utilization - managing demands at work + "off the clock" labor

    • Personal well-being - physical + emotional needs to power performance

THEMATIC STRUCTURE:

  • 2 hours of coach-led support per month

  • 6 peer group sessions based on a targeted theme

  • Thematic homework from each session to turn theory into action

  • 2 hours of individual coaching to support your unique goals in the program
